Friends of the Library Host Book Sale for District StaffPort Angeles, Wash. – Port Angeles Friends of the Library is sponsoring Books for Teachers, a book sale for Port Angeles School District (PASD) teachers and staff, on Friday, September 1 and Saturday, September 2, 2017 at the Port Angeles Main Branch Library, Raymond Carver Room, 2210 South Peabody Street.

Thirty District teachers have been selected to receive a Books for Teachers $50 voucher to purchase books at the 2017 sale.

All District teachers and staff, not just teachers with vouchers, may attend the Books for Teachers sale. The general public is invited to attend the sale its second date, September 2nd.

The sale schedule is as follows:

PASD Teachers with $50 Vouchers only
Friday, September 1
3:00 to 6:00 p.m.

All Port Angeles School District Staff 
Saturday, September 2
10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.; PASD staff and public

Quality materials can be purchased for just $1 to $2.

The “Books for Teachers” Program is funded by the Renee B. Fisher Foundation, sponsored by the Port Angeles Friends of the Library and jointly administered by the Port Angeles School District and the Port Angeles Friends of the Library.
