FOR 2023/2024

Port Angeles School District is participating in a National School Lunch and School Breakfast Program called Community Eligibility Provision (CEP). This program allows all students attending school in person to receive breakfast and lunch at no charge throughout the 2023-2024 school year.

All Students enrolled in Dry Creek, Franklin, Hamilton, Jefferson, Roosevelt, Stevens, Lincoln, and PAHS are entitled to FREE meals (breakfast and lunch) on the days when school is in session for the entire school year. Meals will be distributed on campus at scheduled meal times.

While Port Angeles School District participates in CEP, families will not fill out Free and Reduced Meal Applications. We must still collect family income information, as the state uses that information to determine funding for some of our education programs. Depending on your household income, your family may also be eligible for other benefits and waived fees.

The Office of the Superintendent of Public Instruction (OSPI) has developed the Family Income Survey to collect the information. The Family Income Survey captures information and ensures the district receives all the funding it is entitled to for other state-funded education programs.

Please take a moment to complete this form and return it to your student’s school or the district office, 905 W 9th St, Port Angeles, WA 98363. Your participation is essential for us to provide OSPI with the information they need and ensure the Port Angeles School District will continue receiving critical state funding for these educational programs.
