Child Find Brochure
The Child Find offices accept contacts and screen children who may have
a disability or are suspected of having a disability. The child is then
referred to an appropriate edu-cational resource for evaluation or
services. This is provided at no cost to the parent.
Child Find - A child with a disability may be eligible for special education and related
services. If you have reasons to suspect your child or another child may have a
disability which affects his/her education, please contact your school for
additional information. (WAC 392-172-100)
CHADD Children and Adults with Attention Deficit / Hyperactivity Disorder, or CHADD, is offering support to those living with, or working with, ADHD and comorbidity. Please follow the CHADD link to view upcoming dates and topics.
