PASD AmeriCorps WorkersDuring the March 8 board meeting, Michelle Gentry, AmeriCorps program coordinator, introduced AmeriCorps staff members.  Each was presented with a certificate of appreciation in recognition of National AmeriCorps Week, March 11 - 17, 2018.

Gentry told the Board that these AmeriCorps staff members contribute in total over 16,000 hours of work throughout the District during the school year.

Board President Sarah Methner addressed them, saying, "I am well aware of their positive impact, as I remember the years when AmeriCorps was not involved in our District! Thank you, each of you."
