Elementary School Student Chefs Cook Up Healthy Salads in Sodexo Contest
Elementary school-aged “cook” finalists from the Port Angeles School District participated today in Sodexo’s Annual Kids Cook Off - Future Chefs: Healthy Salad Challenge – at the Port Angeles High School’s kitchen and cafeteria. Sodexo Food Services Director Kathy Crowley and her staff orchestrated the event and served as “mentors” for the young cooks as they prepared previously selected healthy salad recipes.
