Activities for our students and families in Port Angeles and Clallam County offered by local organizations are listed below as a service to organizations requesting and receiving approval for the posting of a program, activity or special event.

How to Get Your Information Distributed/Posted: If your organization offers opportunities for students and families in Port Angeles and Clallam County and you'd like to be included as part of this service, please fill out a Request for Student/Staff Participation or Distribution/Posting of Materials(download here or pick up a copy at the Central Services Building, 216 East Fourth Street) and mark the section for PASD Community Bulletin Board posting. (This form also offers additional services: posting of materials, distribution of materials and student participation.)

Tee Up, a Youth Golf Academy for ages 8 – 16 through the YMCA of Port Angeles, will hold registration from March 20 – April 20, 2018.

Washington State University/Clallam County Extension partnership offers Clallam County 4-H---a positive youth development program engaging youth through hands-on, project-based learning. Open to any boy or girl age 5 – 15 years.

County-wide Battle of the Books Competition
Thirteen teams of Clallam County fourth-graders will compete in the Battle of the Books 2018, a trivia-style competition, at 6:30 p.m. on Friday, March 16, at the Port Angeles Main Library.

YMCA Batter Up
YMCA Batter Up, a T-Ball program for ages 4 – 6, is available through the YMCA of Port Angeles. Registration is open Feb. 19 – March 18, 2018. Season play is @ 5:30 – 6:30 PM, April 9 – May 30, 2018 at Erickson Playfield.

8th annual Rock, Gem and Jewelry Show on March 17 & 18th
The City of Port Angeles Parks & Recreation Department presents the 8th annual Rock, Gem and Jewelry Show on March 17 & 18 at the Vern Burton Community Center. Featured guest speaker is Dann May, Adjunct Professor, Geology at Peninsula College, talking about “The Cascadia Subduction Zone and the coming Megathrust Earthquake”.
